How can I reserve a study room in the upper ILC/Library?

Upper ILC - Study Room Regulations

 

  1. Each student using a study room must check in at the main desk.
  2. No food in the study rooms.
  3. The number of people per room is limited to the number of seats (6 maximum). 
  4. Individuals are limited to using study rooms no more than 3 times in a 2 week period.

(This limitation ensures that all students have equal opportunity to use study rooms)

  1. Students may request study rooms ONLINE using this Google Form at least 24 hours  in advance (not including weekends and school holidays).
  2. Rooms NOT reserved in advance are available to students on a first come, first served basis (check-in using the “self check in” QR code upon arrival).
  3. If you are more than 20  minutes late for your reserved time slot, the room will be released to someone else.
